"I started on 2Enhance a little over two months ago. Being of menopausal age I was looking for relief of all the miserable symptoms of this phase of life. "Ever since I first got my period, I've had horrible cramps during the first or second day of my cycle. The cramps have been so bad that some days I've not been able to get out of bed. Once I even came close to losing consciousness and had to be taken by an ambulance to the ER.
